Manhunter’s last appearance was SS 29, Checkmate 18, SS 30
Recap: In SS 29, we find that Manhunter is still alive and has infiltrated Kobra.
Checkmate 18, Manhunter is feeding information to Waller and the good guys about where Kobra is at.
SS 30 is the big attack on Kobra’s HQ. Mark fight Kobra and ends up defeating him. Manunter turns him over to Ben Turner aka The Bronze Tiger and tells Ben to let Waller know he’s charging her extra and he’s done working for her.
